For the product itself :- the hygrometer has never worked, indicating rates entirely wrong (compared with the Thermometer-hygrometer digital "room control") - the filling is really not simple as a lot of previous comments mentioned, the power cord is ridiculously short - the worst : when the product is in maximum power, after one or two hours the throat scratching and bites. I said obviously that the water is pure tap, consumable without any problems, and I have thoroughly rinsed the tank before use.. Addition of traces of moisture, or smells musty in the apartment. The refills last for several weeks. I recommend for small areas, like studio. I had read the various comments on the product and was afraid the noise is really very annoying. on this point it is all relative and subjective but I find that it is very content especially with the silent mode. This is akin to a fan of PC not more, and anyway the turn qq hours per day is enough, no need to leave the night so.
